Another damaged delivery

Received this wine refrigerator last week with the top dented. Had to re box and arrange for a pickup of the damaged one and reorder a new one. The replacement came to day and is more damaged than the first! Why would you send out damaged goods? I don’t think this forum allows for photos but the damage is extensive. Please have someone come get this beat up wine refrigerator and cancel the order completely. We have contacted the person who sent us this as a gift and explained they can get us something else not from Best Buy!
