Another Account/Password related issue

Hi,

I cannot sign into my bestbuy account because it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I did have a rewards account merged some time ago. This is very inconvenient and I notice this is an ongoing issue with other accounts. I do not have any VPN and always sign in from home.
