Android app login

I am able to log in with my account credentials on my desktop PPC.
But the android app is not allowing me.
Is when Logan is entered, it precedes as if it is starting to log me in with the blue screen and spinning wheel. Sometimes I briefly will see what looks to be what would be the logged in page with my name. But that suddenly disappears and then goes back to previous Login fill in page. I'm not using a VPN either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Including also Clearing cache and data.
I have reset the password Successfully , On the mobile app , but it still Won't log in.

Thanks for reaching out about the issues you're experiencing when trying to log in to the Best Buy App.


Some basic troubleshooting steps that I would recommend are:


  • Verify you are connected to wireless or cellular service.
  • Verify your phone's GPS is turned on and functioning properly.
  • Verify your phone has enough available memory.
  • Verify you are manually entering the correct password instead of using a saved password.
  • If you are using a non-private Wi-Fi network (coffee shop, airport, restaurant, etc...), please try using your mobile device's data or a private Wi-Fi network (personal home network).
  • Follow these steps in this order: Ensure you are logged out of your account on all devices. Uninstall the App. Clear cache and cookies on your phone. Reinstall App. Attempt Login.

I've tried nothing works. Like I said the only thing I notice is that it looks like it briefly starts to load the logged in page My Best Buy , with my name showing . But that instantly disappears and it goes back to the log in screen But that instantly disappears and it goes back to the log in screen.

I'm sorry if I did not see you did this but have you tried to log in without the app on your phone using the Chrome browser in place of the app? What about an alternative Web Browser ?

Thanks for pointing that out !
I became so obsessed and determined to get that App working Correctly , I didn't even think about that, which turned out to be the solution I needed. I can log in no problem using Firefox.
