Always Have to Reset Password to Access Account on Desktop and App

Hello.

I tried calling the support number and was given a case number that my issue would be escalated but I never heard back and I still find myself having to constantly reset my account password just to log in to my bestbuy.com account.

The problem is, is that it will only work for either the desktop OR the app.

Resetting one only lets me access that particular instance for the desktop site, but not the app and vice verca.

I would like to just normally log in to my accounts normally.

Great, didn’t realize I wasn’t sending a private message till after. Anyone know how to delete my last post? Like a dummy I’m gonna get spammed now 😂
