All orders canceled

I am having all orders auto-canceled and worse, I'm unable to get any understanding from the robotic customer service representatives.

They are content to not provide any detail and worse, speculate on the cause without follow up.

For instance, I have tried multiple payment methods, including Paypal, so no validation of address or # and the order is still canceled.

Were the representatives interested in that as useful information for determining cause?

No, they were not.

 

They referred to an entirely different team to "Review" details but offered three time scales for resolution (2 days, 3-5 days, 10 days).

I'm mostly concerned that without information sharing, this team won't have any resolution or worse, ban me as some unworthy customer.

I've had to cancel multiple orders in the last month with products not needed, payment method changed and could not be updated online or other reasons.

I've also had to open a dispute over charges not returned when I returned items due to laptop bundling, but that is closed with my bank.

 

All this is to say that nothing is transparent, nobody knows anything, nobody cares and we're all gonna die...ok, maybe not that last one.

But Best Buy service definitely is the worst.

There could be a number of reasons.

 

Do you have a history of a lot of returns and cancellations for orders?

 

If that is the case it is possible your new orders are being declined for just such a reason.

My only reason for posting this here was to give some notice to the worst of BB customer service practices, for some kind of posterity and to vent, of course.

 

For any future comment, I've read the TOS and explainer already.

They don't help resolve any dispute with "excessive" cancelation (due to not being able to change a payment method or stop shipment of an unwanted order...which I had already typed).

If BB has decided they don't want my business due to having to end run around their lack of user controls online, I'm making my peace with that and would be happy to go elsewhere.

 

I'll wait a for some comment that's meaningful or relevant (ie from someone who read the details) just in case that's not it.

Welcome to our community. About the only think I can think of worse that getting my orders cancelled would be to not get a good resolution for the problem. I was unhappy to hear that your efforts to find out more about your cancelled orders has not met with success and I regret any inconvenience to you.

I've been informed that the conditions leading the cancellation of your orders have been corrected. You should be able to place new orders without issue.
