Every order I've made with my Best Buy account since June 19 has been canceled within 12 hours after completing checkout.
I have received the same message each time, "We couldn't verify your info, so we cancelered [the order]", followed by an instruction to visit a bby.me link to verify my account info. Clicking this link redirects me to my Purchase History; no option is shown to verify my information.
Any assistance resolving this is appreciated.
