All orders being cancelled, account theft

Got really mad about the situation I met...In October last year, I found two unauthorized orders in my account, though there were cancelled by Best Buy immediately. I then went to customer service for further information and help. I contacted them twice, and each time the agent told me my issue had been submitted to the specialist team for investigation and would send me the results within 72 hours. Yet I never receive any email from them.


On Jan 8, I planned to buy an apple watch. But then I found that my order was automatically cancelled. At the beginning, I thought it might be because I entered the wrong info of my credit card so I tried again. But after four times trying, I found there must be something wrong with my account. I tried different credit cards and Paypal, different shipping addresses, and even different products, but ALL my orders were automatically cancelled. Then I contacted customer service, and just as usual, the agent told me a specialist team will contact me within 72 hours. And up to now, I see no reply from them.


I'm not sure whether these two things are related or not. It's a really disappointing and annoying experience. It wasted me more than 5 hours and destroyed my plans. If it cannot be solved appropriately, the only choice for me is to file a complaint on BBB and then never use Best Buy in the rest of my life.
