Hello,
I have a very annoying experience with Bestbuy.com. I keep getting emails from BestBuy saying this:
Unfortunately, we encountered an issue while processing your order so we had to cancel it.
I have tried ordering at least 10 times and have called several times to customer service and they have been of no help. I have already checked with my bank and they mentioned there are no issues with the payment authorization and/or the billing address I entered. I have tried a number of different cards and it keeps happening again and again. I was a Total Tech Support member last year and an Elite/Elite Plus customer for the past 3 years. I'm hoping I can get my issue resolved here.
