All orders being canceled instantly! Best Buy: We couldn't verify your info,so we canceled the order

From early this year, all orders I placed on bestbuy.com were canceled instantly (less than 10 mins) with the same email message: 

 

xx, we had to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order because it has exceeded our orderable quantity limits. Please see our Conditions of Use, which explains order limitations and limited quantities.

If you'd like to place an order for your business, our Account Managers at Best Buy for Business™ will be more than happy to assist you.

I have checked the payment info, billing&shipping address multiple times and can guarantee they were correct, what's going on here? Please help!
