All online orders canceled and refunded

I have tried to place 5 online orders recently, used multiple payment methods, all have had the payment processed, then canceled and refunded. All account, address, phone number, bank and paypal settings have been verified and I have multiple purchases in the past without problems. I have tried calling the helpline and using chat but still no results. I was finally able to purchase the item on best buy ebay using paypal.

 

"Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order. "

Welcome to the Best Buy forums!  Thank you for sharing with us your cancelled orders and We apologize about the lateness in our reply. The holiday volume has us backlogged, and your patience was greatly appreciated until we had a chance to respond!

 

With that said, I was able to to locate a couple of cases showing these cancellations as well.  It looks like the phone agents were doing everything they could to assist you, but it looks like both calls were dropped.  For me to send this off to my support team for further review I'll first need to confirm who I'm speaking with. 

 

Send me a private message containing your full name, phone number, and email address.  Once I have this information I'd be happy to escalate this matter on your behalf!  I'm hoping to hear from you soon if you still need our help!
