I've tried to place a couple (because the first was cancelled) online orders and they all keep getting immediately cancelled.
The reason lists "Unable to verify information". I've double and triple checked the info on the (Best Buy) card and my shipping/billing address and everything is good. Tried calling both card (chase) and Best Buy, chase verified information and said I should be okay, Best Buy told me to call Chase. Can anyone assist here? This is the case for both delivery and in-store pickup.

Ordering online is the best, so I would be looking for some help if I was having issues as well. It looks like you have already verified all of your information on the payment method matched the information in the billing section of the order, so I’d be happy to see what else could be going on.

if anyone else is having this situation i would love to know how you solved it, the best buy rep told me basically we don't know why and go purchase at your local store(don't even have one within 20 miles).

I can understand wanting to explore all possible routes to successfully place online orders, especially when there is not a Best Buy store within your immediate area.
