All online orders being cancelled immediately.

I've tried to place a couple (because the first was cancelled) online orders and they all keep getting immediately cancelled.

The reason lists "Unable to verify information". I've double and triple checked the info on the (Best Buy) card and my shipping/billing address and everything is good. Tried calling both card (chase) and Best Buy, chase verified information and said I should be okay, Best Buy told me to call Chase.  Can anyone assist here? This is the case for both delivery and in-store pickup.

if anyone else is having this situation i would love to know how you solved it, the best buy rep told me basically we don't know why and go purchase at your local store(don't even have one within 20 miles).

I can understand wanting to explore all possible routes to successfully place online orders, especially when there is not a Best Buy store within your immediate area. I have to drive a greater distance than I prefer to get to the one nearest me, so I can relate to what you are saying!
