I dont know why, but all my online orders keep getting cancelled. Does not matter if i change address, use different credit cards, or even choose to pick up in store - it will just get cancelled in 2-5 minutes.

The online chat has not been helpful so far. They keep telling be that "Backend Team" is looking into it, but it still keeps cancelling my orders. The same credit cards work on Amazon.com, walmart.com, Macys.com.
For one of the orders I just went to store right after it got cancelled, and used the same credit card that they cancelled it - and it worked fine.

I understand the frustration in awaiting a response about the review on those order. This process often takes a week or more, due to the work involved in tracking down these cancellations. That said, I'd be happy to check in on that investigation to see if I can get you an update.
