I've been ordering through Best Buy for years, including via my Best Buy Visa card, as well as being an ElitePlus/TotalTech member. All of a sudden I am unable to place any orders online or for in-store pickup without them getting cancelled immediately after ordering saying "Unable to verify info" or "We had a problem processing the order". I believe that my account was flagged for some reason and I need to get this resolved ASAP.

It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use, or it’s no longer available. Placing an order online is meant to be simple, and this does not seem to have been your case.
