AirPods Receipt

Hi,

 

My friend brought me a new Airpods 2 with a wireless charging case and he also sent me the Order Receipt which does not show/include its serial number.

 

would you please send another Receipt that shows its serial number so i can use it as proof of your purchase and provide it to any apple serivce center / store if i experienced any issues with it within the year of the warranty.

 

you may send the new Receipt to him or to me, and please find below order info:

Thank you for joining our community forums and reaching out to us about this purchase. I have a set of the original AirPods and the wireless charging case looks pretty awesome, I may have to upgrade! Based in the information you posted it sounds like your friend made this purchase on BestBuy.ca or at one of our Canadian stores, is that correct? Our team primarily works with our USA stores and customers. I would recommend having your friend reach out to our Best Buy Canada partners via the Contact Us options listed on our BestBuy.ca site, as they will be best able to assist with this.

We do not have the ability to delete a forum account once they have been created. Because your original post does not violate our Forum Guidelines we would not remove your original post.

i think you did not get what i meant, would appreciate if you permanently delete my account. as i couldn't even deactivate it.

what kind of forums here that the user does not have the ability to delete his own account ???!! and even when asking someone from the admins he gets odd replies like yours!!!
