We just purchased a digital download of Adobe Acrobat Pro from BestBuy.com.  The email that was received to download the file contained a redemption code, which worked to downlaod the Adobe Installer, but the installer wants the serial number.  The serial number is not in the email and is not the same as the alpha numeric redemption code.  I called customer service and they instructed me to call Adobe.  Adobe does not support this over the phone.  We have now paid $450 for something we cannot install.  We need help locating this serial number.
