Another laptop ordered from Best Buy, another snafu - this time related to an online order.
Order was placed January 16th, 2019. Despite selecting a non-default address during checkout, the order was still shipped to the default address. Best Buy support was contacted and said that they would reroute the package to the correct address. Instead, the package was set to be returned to Best Buy. When Best Buy was contacted again, the customer service rep said that the new address was "undeliverable" - which makes no sense, as I regularly receive mail at my address (including shipments from Best Buy).
Order was set for a refund by Best Buy, no offer to correct the problem.

Once an order is returned to us, we do not have a way to reactivate that order, and it will generally be refunded, as you mentioned.
