Add to Cart Not Working and Complaint About Customer Support

Today I went to try to purchase an item on the Best Buy website. 


Whenever I clicked Add to Cart, I would get an error that said 'There was a problem adding your product to cart.'



I got this error on numerous items, used different web browsers and also cleared cache.


I logged on the Chat Support and tried to explain that there was a problem but they wouldn't believe, and they just closed the chat.  They were very rude.


I tried to explain that this was an error coming from their server but the did not believe me, but they just dismissed me.


Best Buy is this the experience you want your customers to have?

It sounds like you took all steps to remedy this issue by clearing your cache and using different browsers, and I can imagine this was quite frustrating!
