I created a new account and made a purchase and it was debited from my credit card. When I try to access my Bestbuy account it says! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again..I did a password reset and it comes to my email now saying I may need to create an account. Yet it took the money from my credit card. Help

Can you please verify that you’ve cleared your browser’s cache and tried to reset your password again? Please note passwords are case sensitive.
