My wife was able to sign in once on her phone, however now we can't sign in, shows Oops! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again.. I've tried on our ipad, my phone and a PC. If I do a password reset with email I get an email saying the password reset did not work. If I try to reset using text message I never receive anything.

I'm having the same problem. I was able to log in only by resetting my password, but after I logged out and attempted to log back in, I would again receive the same log-in error message. This problem has occurred to others in the past on multiple occassions.
Why is this a continual and persistent issue?
