My email was changed on my account and now i have no way to access it, no i'm not sharing my email with anyone.

You posted on the corporate forums. You're smart not to post that information here. However enabling 2FA on your account helps in this matter.
A Best Buy moderator can help you out but their response time is up to 7 days.
