My Best Buy Account has been flagged from purchases, I called last week because I never recieved my order that I orderd online through bestbuy.com. I was told to submit a police report, which I did. The police told me to file a dispute with my CC company, which I did as well. Fast forward two days later, now my account has been flagged from further purchases and returns. I have been a customer for years, Elite Plus, TotalTech Member and also have been a Best Buy Employee since 2015. Please assist with this issue.
