Hi,
Yeah I know it's a rookie mistake, but I accidentally sent the order confirmation to a defunk email adress (that doesn't exsist.) I have my order number and can acess my online order history. It's a digital order so I quite readily missed the "cancel order" window to correct my mistake. I was wondering if you could help me out?

So again, I'm having this problem. Apparently even though i've already contacted best buy and provided the correct email address(es) the confirmation on my order has not come through. Stranger still is the fact that my order has been "shipped." (Since their digital items I assume this means they should already be in my inbox). Yet how is this possible? If I haven't recevied the email verfication, then how has the order been shipped? (I'm assuming the consumer needs to verify that they paid for the order in order for it to be shipped? But how then?
For clairfication I've already contacted Best Buy on their site, asurreing me they'd fix the issue. The products where ordered this past Monday. Please help me!!! I've also checked my spam and regular inboxs on both accounts, Neither have proven fruitful.

Issue was finally solved and I've directly recieved codes from the company after reaching out to a Best Buy support manager. Regarless of how long it took, thank you for reaching out to me and clarifying the steps I needed to take. Wish you the best of luck with future customer inquiries. .")
