Accidental Double Charge

So, I was trying to make a pre-order through Paypal because I thought that I had Money, but I didn't realize that I needed to go and accept the money. This led to me accidentally charging the account twice for the same game. Is there any way that I can get the charges canceled so that I can fix the problems?

I understand you have some concerns regarding an order that you were trying to place with us recently. We'd be happy to see what's going on and see what may be possible at this point.

 

This being said, if you only placed one order, you should only be charged once for the order. Can you tell us if you accidentally placed two orders instead of one?

The order failed to go thorough both times, but I've already gotten in touch with Paypal and have solved the issue on their end. The two paypal charges were denied and I was able to properly place the order. Terribly sorry to have wasted your time.
