Access Denied message

I am trying to visit www.bestbuy.ca and I am getting "Access Denied" error. 

Using Chrome or Edge we're getting an Access Denied message on all devices when we try to sign on to BestBuy.ca.

 

This is my public ip addres "{removed per forum guidelines}".

I also tried clear the browser cache but no luck

There is nothing more aggravating online than having access issues to a preferred website. I regret to hear you're having this experience.

 

Firstly, it is recommended that a VPN (virtual private network) or ad-blocking software be disabled when accessing Best Buy websites.

So, if you are using a VPN you will get access denied msg. You can access Best Buy in U.S. or Mexico, but not Canada. Welcome to Best Buy Canada!!

Some open source browsers like SeaMonkey and Pale Moon combined with specific add ons will also trigger this message as well from my experience. This is mostly the ad blocker.
