I made an order from Best Buy online that includes a Nokia Phone, AT&T SIM Card and AT&T Prepaid Refill Card. I was able to get the SIM activated, but when I tried to use the refill card, then it gave me an error. So I contacted AT&T customer service, and they checked my refill card and told me that that refill card needs to be activated by Best Buy. Then I stopped by a store to try get it activated, but they were not able to since it is an online order. Therefore, they told me to contact online customer service for assistance.
Can I get the card activated online please? I don't need to return or exchange, I just need to get the card activated and usable, thank you.

A phone's no good without a working plan, so I'd like to check this out to see if we can get that card activated. Please send in a private message, through the link in my signature below this post. I'll need your name, email address, phone number, and the serial number of the phone card. This is the long number near the bar code, not what's under the scratch off.
