My order {remvoed per forum guidelines} have been double charge on my credit card of 534.99 One charge came out on the 27th of June. The other 534.99 is still pending. Can you please ask someone too stop payment and put the money back in my account. I called customer service at prior times. They could not help me and no one answer the phone on several times. Could you please help me with this matter. 534.99 is a lot of money. Thanks.

Online order? If so, there will always be an authorization at the time of purchase, once the item is shipped or picked up you will see the actual charge applied. Depending on how quick the order is completed, sometimes the authorization is still there. Keep in mind...this is not a charge, So there is nothing for Best Buy to cancel or reverse. This is a process all credit card manufacturers use and will fall off in accordance with their procedures. If you happen to see 2 charges fully post to the card, this would be the only time Best Buy would need to look into it.

How do I get in contact with corporate. Cannot get anyone in customer service to answer the phone too solve this problem.

I provided the correct answer, unless you see 2 fully posted charges there is no actual problem and this is a normal function of credit cards. Your bank would be the right place if you want to know how long an authorization hold remains in place, since they are the ones performing this action.

You’ve posted in the right place for someone at corporate to reply, due to the backlog there will be several days before they reach your post.
