850.00 missing

Nov 28 purchased Iphone  850 in gift cards 650 to credit card,

Phone stolen thru shipper.

Dec 5th email affirms refund to be given.

Jan 20th email Advised 850 returned to original gift cards.

Jan 26th email 650 back to Credit card

Explained as salesman credited gift card to sale he tossed them in rubbish.

 14 phone calls and several promises

  • Gift card will be mailed  for 850., never arrived.
  • Agreed to electronic gift card. For 850 never arrived
  • Eric advises case has been closed but he will reopened and I will be contacted within 48 hours.
  • Dina case still closed but will reopened and I will be contacted within 48 hours.
  • Feb 4th Marigold will send back for investigation and I will be contacted within 48 hours.

 These reps really believe some one will follow up. To date not one followup call even after ever call I requested a callback.

850 dollars where did it go?  How can I use it? What other hoop do I jump thru to get my money back?

Does Best Buy intend to keep the $850.00 ?

Getting a new phone should be an exciting experience so I can understand your disappointment to see this package lost in transit. It certainly sounds strange that it's taken this long for a replacement gift card to arrive and I would be happy to see how I may be able to help.

I relized u moved my query to be reviewed by others, How long before a reply comes. I write to u because through this whole oderal u have been the only one who has contacted me back.

I am afraid the review u sent it to like all the others will never reply back. 

Requesting on what other steps I can do?
