I have been unable to login to my Best Buy account. I just got a new phone and have realized that my previous authentication access is tied to my old phone that just got wiped. Now I have no way of accessing my account to turn off 2FA and/or set up new authentication on my new phone. I have called the support number, but have received no help thus far. Can someone please help me get back into my account??

I'm not sure what kind of 2FA your account has but I always ask mine to have me email or text. Did you get a different phone number? As long as your number is the same I don't think a new device matters. I do remember that one one account I have, I have a list of backup codes that I can use if I get locked out. They have to be guarded really good and often I buy a cheap flash drive to save them.
