Thanks for providing your information. I have merged your accounts again and removed all but your current phone number. I am able to see your Apple Care accounts under your information now. It can take a couple of hours for your account to be fully merged. If this doesn't fix the issue, we will need to open a ticket with our help desk. Reach out if this doesn't resolve the issue in a few hours please.
