2 step verification

My phone number changed back in Januaryi can’t get into my account because of the 2 step verification. I have been contacting customer service since April to get my old number removed from my account I just keep getting the same answer that they will make a new account and link it with the old one. It’s July now and I still can’t get into my account. Idk what to do I need to access my Apple care subscriptions.

Welcome to our forums! Not being able to log into your account is a concern.

I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address 

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.

Hello, Gabriela,

 

Thanks for providing your information. I have merged your accounts again and removed all but your current phone number. I am able to see your Apple Care accounts under your information now. It can take a couple of hours for your account to be fully merged. If this doesn't fix the issue, we will need to open a ticket with our help desk. Reach out if this doesn't resolve the issue in a few hours please.

My account is still not working it keeps saying the same thing that the verification code has been sent to my old phone number I still cannot access my account
