2 step authentication google app code isnt working

I have never encountered such poor customer service until a week ago.  I have called and talked to many people and they can not help.  The code the google authenticator gives me does not work to authenticate my account.  I can not access it can order anything cant do anything.  No one I talked to has been any help.  they even tried to do remote work on my computer still nothing.  Why cant best buy be a bit helpful? Does Best buy not want people to buy things from them?  I am annoyed and frusterated  and the people i keep talking to go off a script they are told to ask and then thats it they have no knowledge to help me.  If Best buy cant resolve this simple issue then i might as well shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately the Google Authentication App is a Google product and we do not have the ability to help fix issues with the app. I would advise reaching out to google support for assistance with your situation. In addition if this is being done through a web browser, I would recommend clearing your cache on your browser and see if that helps clear it up.  there only solution was create a new account and loose all my warrenties when the billing cycle was up. and all my previous purchases.  you all should probably figure out a way to get around the code if the google authenticator isnt working.  heck even a code sent to the registered phone or email.  but thank you for your reply.
