Hello, I've came across this help article located https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/2-step-verification/pcmcat1561056149844.c regarding how to turn on 2 factor authentication for my best buy accounts at https://www.bestbuy.com/identity/accountSettings/page/twoStep/enroll however the link just redirects to my account settings with no actual setting for this? Is this article no longer valid and just hasn't been purged yet?

Both! I first found this through 1Password’s watch tower which generates reports including any help article links to those sites with 2fa available, but not enabled. It’s also simply available through the account help section at https://www.bestbuy.com/site/customer-service/help-topics/pcmcat203400050001.c under “Your account” > “2-Step Verification” (3rd item down).
