I have 2 orders being listed as open even though they are fully completed. is there a way to hide these orders or at least fix the problem? One of the orders is 2 years old and quite annoying having it at the top of my history whenever I try to look at it.

it has been 3 months since I made this forum post (almost 2 years since the actual order) and I still have those orders showing as open, and a new one as well... is there any way to fix this?

While we appreciate you connecting with us about this, we understand that it is because it is still not resolved. I'd be happy to do what I can to help out, but please keep in mind that we are not able to provide and estimated date of completion for this. We would need our support team to take a look deeper into this to see what can be done about having those orders completed.
