2 canceled RTX3000 series cards 2 weeks in a row, no support, no answers

Hello,

So I purchased a 3080FE on the 10th of November, it was canceled by best buy.. this is what I got from the email.

"Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order because it has exceeded our orderable quantity limits. Please see our Conditions of Use, which explains order limitations and limited quantities.

If you'd like to place an order for your business, our Account Managers at Best buy Business will be more than happy to assist you.

For details regarding refunds and credits, see the What You Need to Know section below.

Please accept our apology for this inconvenience. We value you as a customer and hope to see you again soon.

Sincerely,

Your Customer Care Team"

fast forward to today and I get a 3090FE purchased, 2 mins later canceled by best buy and the same message. I have called countless times to support and they say they will escalate it... this has been escalated since the 10th of November. What should I be doing? I am tired of waiting for stock drops, finally getting lucky enough to purchase the item only to be canceled in error.

Also I am only buying ONE of these, I don't get why I am being dinged for multiple buys.

It sounds like your buying them for a business.

Are you also using a Best Buy Rewards card.

If so I do belive that is against the policy regarding the rewards card.

How would I be flagged as a business? This is a retail account and I have purchased other things on this account with no such issue. I appreciate the input but I don't understand how my account would have been flagged as a business account.

Also not bestbuy rewards card.
