My account has 2 step verification enabled but I am unable to trust a device to avoid having to send a text every login attempt. The box doesn't pop up to allow me to trust a certain device. I've tried clearing cache and cookies which unfortunately didnt fix the issue.

Trusting a device results in a cookie being set on Best Buy. Are you rejecting these in your browser?
