I purchased a Sonos SUB in the store which they said they did not have in stock at that store's location. They did however have the Product at their warehouse ten minutes away. I needed that SUB that day which is why, I went in store to purchase the product when I really could've just ordered it elsewhere online. Guess what, warehouse was closed.
I CANCELED my order that day, OCTOBER 13TH!! The day I made the order. Two months later, STILL NO REFUND? How am I supposed to get my money back? In STORE CREDIT?
