Hello. I purchased a Razer Thunderbolt 4 dock on the 8th of January. It was in stock. It was supposed to be delivered on the 12th. It didn't come. I received an email stating it would come on the 13th or the 16th. It didn't come. I talked to customer service 5 times. No answer other than order received. If it doesn't come by the 26th I'll get a refund? Why do I have to wait 18 days to know if what I purchased will come or not? The item is for video production. I'm far behind.
