Every support agent on chat and phone have no idea what they're saying and do not care. My case has been escalted to higher twice already, i've been told it's already being proccessed, i've been told to wait 15 business days, then i've also been told refund actually still pending on authorization, into a expect a call back, then a promise of 48 hours resolution which were all lies. These clowns are trained to force you to give up so they can keep your money. I am on edge with opening bank fraud case. You receieved my return since June 13, 2022 and still beating around the bush. Why.
