Hi, First of all I am very regret trying to buy something from BestBuy. on 30.01.2020 I had tried to buy a laptop with an order number of {removed per forum guidelines} but after a couple of minutes the amount of preauthorized fund withdrawn from my non-us card, my order cancelled due to wrong address entry. However there are 13 days left from my order cancelled and during that period I have contacted 2 times with bestbuy online customer service but still waiting to refund my preauthorized fund to my card. Also I have contacted with my bank and they said me that there is nothing that they can do it unless company release the amount.I am totally fed up with dealing with bestbuy throughout this period. Please have a look my order and release the amount and inform necessary office to refund my amount.

I have called that number we spoke 15 min with customer agent but totally useless he gave me a confirmation number {Removed per forum guidelines} which was already given previously by online support. He said me that I can give this number to my bank but I had already contact with my bank and they said me that they can't see any confirmation number which are send by companies. So I have done what you said called your customer support from Afganistan but I have already nothing. I am having trouble to understand how it is so difficult to release an authorization hold on my card. Your online support, forum and on call customer support are always repeat same speech totally useless. I am waiting 14 days to release my hold and appearently also will wait another 15 days more to release. But I am also not sure that my amount will release on 29th of Feb. There is nothing solved yet I am still waiting

Thanks for following up. As I had mentioned previously in our Private mention, I wasn't able to guarantee that we could get that hold removed. It sounds like we could not.
I have verified that it will automatically fall off by the end of the month. If it doesn't, please follow up March 1. I don't foresee that being an issue, however.
