13 days and no refund

I was price matched on Oct 27th of over $150 and the email was sent to me with the confirmation of the refund to my card, my debit card. It’s now almost the 9th of November and NOTHING has been returned to my card. If this was any other store, this would’ve been returned within 3 days. What’s the issue and where is my refund. It’s one thing if it was $10, but this is over $150!!! This is the last time I use Best Buy for anything because I continue to have bad luck
