I order a $1000 iPad for my daughter around Christmas along with a lot of other items like Apple Pencil, Airpods, video games, and more.
Everything was delivered unprofessionally just left at my front door. We are not a gated community and a lot of the items I order are expensive and should have required signature. When I was ordering everything I am sure it said it would require a signature. All of the items were arriving randomly in separate packages and something they were delayed so there was no way to know when anything would arrive.
Unfortunately, because of this whole mess, I never received the iPad for my daughter. I immediately reached out to Best Buy and they told me they would replace it for me. The replacement order was made and I was waiting and waiting and the order never progressed and then suddenly it was canceled. No contact, no explanation. Nothing. I reached out again and they told me that they could not replace it so they will give me a refund. I did not want a refund because the price of the iPad had gone up, but I accepted it anyways. Again, I am waiting and waiting, and nothing. I have to reach out again before they tell me that I will not be getting a refund.
They claim the item was delivered, but there is no photo proof of the item being left at the door and they did not require a signature. So how can they confirm that the item was delivered???? I would like a replacement or my money back please. Someone help with this.
