Regarding the $100 gift card promo for qualifying Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL orders, that should still be a valid offer until May 18 as you can see in the fine print about that promo here.
At this point, have you reviewed those terms and conditions to ensure that you qualify for the gift card promo? If your order doesn’t qualify, then the gift card shouldn’t show as an option to add. If you do indeed qualify, it’s been a bit since you wrote in originally so I'd like to ask if you’ve been able to place an order as of this morning?

That certainly does sounds strange, MarkcusD.
If the gift card promo had been in your cart previously, I would think the options selected for the phone would be qualifying. At this point, calling our Mobile department for assistance in placing your order or going in store for the same purpose will be your best options if you’re having troubles adding a promo that you qualify for. As I mentioned, that promo should only be available for a limited time, so I would advise getting in touch with one of those teams as soon as possible to get this started. I had a similar issue but unfortunately I have yet to receive a Best Buy gift card. The gift card was in my cart and then it disappeared. I purchased the phone online for store pick up regardless since it was still during the promotion period.
When I called the store, they said I would get the card when I picked up the phone in person. When I got to the store, the employees said I would receive the card via email. My order was placed on 5/14 and I have not received any emails regarding the gift card.
What should I do?
