Hi Best Buy Support,
I'm a little at wit's end. I've been trying to get a refund for an air conditioning unit that was lost by UPS in the mail. I've forwarded tracking numbers, and I've called and spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to figure out how to get a refund process. I've followed up multiple times with no resolution or rejection, and I have a string of case numbers for multiple departments trying to figure out what is wrong.
I recently opened a best buy credit card, and purchased a laptop from the company, but I'm tempted to close the card and return the computer. It's ridiculous that I've had to spend 10 hours of my life tyring to get a case reolved.
If you have any advice I'd appreciate it. And I'm happy to supply the case id numbers if that is helpful.
