You can check your points balance by clicking on the See Points Balance button during checkout. If you have a BestBuy.com account, and have previously set up a stored card to use Pay With Points, your available point balance will be displayed at checkout when logged in to your account.
Using Pay With Points
If you have a Pay With Points-eligible card, you can use the monetary value of your points to offset your order total at BestBuy.com. No matter if you are checking out as a guest or logged in to your BestBuy.com account, Pay With Points is enabled in both checkout options.
Whether you use points to cover all or a portion of your order, your card will be charged for the entire order total and the dollar amount used in points will appear as a statement credit on your card statement. Note: the card used at checkout must be the same one that qualified for the points to receive your statement credit, and points from multiple cards cannot be used for a single order.
Other forms of eligible payments can also be applied to your Pay With Points order, including promotional codes, savings codes, My Best Buy reward certificates, and gift cards.
Cancels and Returns
If you cancel or return a Pay With Points order, Best Buy will refund the corresponding dollar amount to the card you used at checkout. In order to recoup the points that were used for your purchase, please contact your card issuer or participating rewards program.
Fees and Exclusions
There is no fee for using the Pay With Points program at BestBuy.com. You can buy anything at BestBuy.com using Pay With Points except e-gift cards.
