International Orders
We can only ship BestBuy.com orders to the 50 United States.
We are temporarily unable to ship items to U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
Options for placing a BestBuy.com order with a non-U.S. billing address:
- Have your order shipped to a mailing address within the 50 United States.
OR
- Pick up your order at any U.S. store or choose to have someone else pick up your order.

Placing an order by phone
Call 1-800-237-8289 to place your order over the phone. (Note: Do not use this phone number for your billing number – you will need to provide your own.)
Shipping to a U.S. Mailing Address
- During checkout, enter the phone number of the person you're shipping to.
- International orders are intended for use in the U.S., and it is assumed that products will be used in the U.S.
- Best Buy does not ship to known freight forwarders.
- Tax manifestos and sales tax refunds are not available for these orders.
Using Curbside or Store Pickup
- Your order will be held at the store for 5 days. After 5 days we'll cancel the order and refund your payment.
- The person picking up the order needs to either be the person named on the purchasing credit card, or the person you've told us will pick up the order.
- Curbside and Store Pickup are only available in the 50 United States.
- Tax manifestos and sales tax refunds are not available for these orders.
- All other store pickup terms and conditions apply.
Apple® iTunes Gift Cards
You may not use an international credit card to purchase an iTunes gift card. Orders placed with an international credit card, which contain an iTunes gift card, will be canceled.
