very helpful employee at Bellevue 120th Ave store

I bought some water filters for my whirlpool fridge at another online site and was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the product.  It was given many 5 star reviews but those were probably all fake, very disappointing.

 

Normally I buy my water filters from the Issaquah BB store but they have been out of the Insignia item for a while now, which is why I went online.  So before I go into how much I appreciated the store employee who helped me today, I want to voice my displeasure at BB Issaquah for failing to stock an item I came to rely upon as being available but is no longer but seems to be available at Bellevue BB stores, per the BB website store inventory indicator.

 

So I drove all the way to the 120th Ave Bellevue store and was disappointed to see that the Insignia items were also not in stock, but mere moments after I was looking at the filters, Galen (I hope he forgives me for describing him this way, but he's a taller older gentleman) came up and went through every possible effort to help me find a water filter that is compatible with my fridge and he made what would have been an agonizing and tedious experience in scrutinizing product numbers printed in micro font sizes into one where he assumed the burden for me and honed in on the right item.  What a relief that was, I was very glad he came to help me.

 

I hope you pass along my message to his managers, he managed to negate some poor impressions I've had with BB recently.  I am planning on buying an LG CX tv soon and I am hoping to find a way where Galen can benefit somehow from that transaction.

Having had to purchase water filters before, I know it isn't always the most simple experience so I'm very happy to hear that Galen was able to make this process as quick and easy as possible.

 

While we may not always carry every type of product in our stores, we offer store pickup so you can make your order online and stop by your local store once your purchase arrives. This can also allow you to take more time to double check the required model numbers for something like water filters.
