unprofessional Manager at Roanoke Virgini store

Exclusive BB customer with Geek Squad service plan received the worst customer service at Roanoke, Virginia location today. Asked for the manager and found out I was speaking with the manger himself. I had two questions, neither of which was answered as he was condescending and basically implied I was lying. I bought an Apple Mac book Pro recently and was told at the time it came with a 30 minute instructional appointment if needed. When I went in to make the appointment to ask a couple questions he first made a condescending face and said he never heard of that. I could go on but I will take my business to another allocation or another store from now on. No one deserves that kind of customer service.

I have not heard anything about a free 30-minute instruction session either, but the manager you worked with should not have acted in the way you described.
