I came to this to pick up a pre order of a video game and they didn't have it on relase day. by retail policy your suppose to have the product ready to pick up when it releases on that day. I got upset and had the store assistant manager talk to. she said she promised to look into it and email me about the situation. soon the weekend came and ended and nothing. so the store straight lied to my face and false promisee and the person never got back to me. i got frustrated and went to order the game off bestbuy itself and it arrived damaged. I will never return to that best buy or order online again. bad shipping practices.
its was for the nintendo switch game river city girls that came out on december 14. I order myself a copy on the 14th because I became frustrated.

It is accurate that we try to have games ready for pickup on release, and that will often be the estimated date. That said, occasionally delays/stock issues can occur, and the game may not be ready as expected. For most orders, we would encourage you to wait to pickup your order until you receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup.
I do hope that you were able to get this game damage free, and without issue after you connected with us. From the sound of it, you ordered another copy on the 14th.
