so does no one use the phone, or...

every time i try to call best buy, my local store, i get an automated message that goes on for about 10 minutes before it gives me an option to do anything. my options are listen to it again or hang up. <br><br>are you serious. <br><br>so i try to call support, which gives me a bunch of spread out options for things one might need help or assistance with but NONE are just “Talk to a person and get some general answers”. or put something on hold or WHAT HAVE YOU i dont know but then when i press a number for the closest thing i can think of ?? they get mad that im on their line asking an irrelevant question, but i have No Where Else To Go. <br><br>so am i just supposed to call support hub when i need something, and the hub is somewhere irrelevant to me and my situation, or what? am i missing something? why dont stores just answer their /darn/ phones? <br>during a pandemic, when you’re supposed to not go out as much as possible, am i supposed to just waste time and gas to get out to a best buy just to confirm something? <br><br>seriously confused. dont see how the hell this helps your company or anyone else.

Forum formatting is restricted due to spam and security reasons. Also depending on store capacity limitations staff  to answer phones is limited too. It's not being lazy or it's not being they don't care but they are busy assisting other customers in the store.

 

These forums are a great resource to get help when you cant get someone on the phone or can't get someone in chat. Is there a technology or product question we might be able to help you with?
