Went to Best Buy to get a laptop at 2:30, 12-30-2020. Looked for someone to help in the computers, no one to be found. The only place I saw employees was in phone and home theatre. Went to geek section and asked if anyone was working in computers. "Rude blonde girl says they are all busy with customers, look!" There were a couple people milling around but not associates. I said there's no one there, I walked around the entire store. She says yes there are. I said "unless I'm blind.'' and rude blonde says "yes you're BLIND!" I will NEVER buy anything in your store again. I've purchased numerous computers, two home theatre systems, and a washer. You'd better teach your employees something about manners.
